Who-ville from Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas! is the theme of this year’s gingerbread village at the downtown Four Seasons. (Yep…Who-ville has its own Wikipedia entry.) Judging from the whimsical and colorful houses, the pastry chefs must have enjoyed this theme. At the center of the village, the Christmas tree is surrounded by the Whos, just like the illustration in the book.

At first, I was a little disappointed because this display is smaller than in past years. But when I looked back through my pictures and remembered more about the story, I was impressed with the chefs’ attention to details. Here’s a few of the gingerbread houses….
