Calendar-wise, the fall version of the Pecan Street Festival was held in the correct season. But, with last weekend’s temperatures in the 90’s, it still felt like summer as I wandered around the vendor booths on East Sixth (formerly Pecan) Street. In spite of the heat, I could tell by the items for sale that fall is just around the corner…well, in another month or two.
